There are a number of self-guide walks that start close to Clitheroe station:
Walk 1 – Edisford Bridge to Brungerley Bridge, a circular walk of 2 miles
Walk 2 – Brungerley Bridge to Grindleton Bridge (via West Bradford bridge, a circular walk of 5 miles
Walk 3 – Edisford Bridge to Little Mitton, a circular walk of 4 miles
Walk 4 – Castle Grounds to Standen Hey Community Woodland, a circular walk of 4 miles
Blackburn with Darwen’s Borough Council Warper’s Trail is a self-guide walk around the Turton & Entwistle and Wayoh Reservoirs close to Entwistle railway station.
