Third Saturday of every month – Clitheroe Piano Meet Up, would you like to meet fellow players, share knowledge and develop your skills on a Bechstein grand piano? All abilities and styles welcome, no experience required, no pressure to play or just come along to listen! These are free events held in Clitheroe Library between 13:00 – 15:30.
Now and until Sunday 20th May 2018 – What does Courtaulds mean to you? The Harris, Preston, are working in partnership with The Courtauld Gallery in London and local communities to explore the history of Courtaulds textile factory in Preston. Free exhibition – for full details click here.
Now and until 31st March 2018 – Abstract Spring, an exhibition of two great abstract artists in the Longitude Gallery Clitheroe. Lesley Williams from North Yorkshire and Stella Whalley from London share space in the gallery.
Saturday 17th March 2018 – Lancashire Rail Ramblers Guided Walk – two walks in the Milnthorpe area. First walk is a moderate 10 miles (alight & return Carnforth) and the second is a easy 8 miles (alight Carnforth & return Arnside), walk 2 involves an additional bus ride. Saturday 7th April 2018 – Lancashire Rail Ramblers Guided Walk – two walks in the Newhey area. First walk is a moderately strenuous 11 miles (alight & return Newhey) and the second is a moderately easy 7.5 miles (alight Newhey & return Littleborough).
