Every Tuesday – Clitheroe Country Market, in the United Reformed Church Hall on Moor Lane, Clitheroe BB7 1AZ, 09:30 – 12:00 – a country market with quality home baked, hand made and home grown produce. A wide selection of goods from a co-operative of local producers. Home made cakes, pies and jams also handicraft items such as cards, knits and textile gifts. Now and until 31st January 2018 – Festival of Tales Exhibition, Chapel Gallery, Ormskirk, L39 4QR. Humour, imagination and seriously good art are the key ingredients, so if you enjoy being creative, want to delve a bit deeper into history or just be entertained, then this is the place be!

Saturday 4th November 2017 – Friends of DalesRail Guided Walk, Wennington to Bentham, 10 miles moderate alight Wennington off the 08:19 from Leeds    

Wednesday 8th November 2017 – Clitheroe Concerts Society, Retorica Plus (Harriet MacKenzie violin, Phillipa Mo violin & Martin Fogel guitar) play a selection by C P E Bach, Telemann, J S Bach, Prokofiev, Shostakovich & Sarasate.
