Northern Key Worker Timetables 18 May 2020

The start of the summer timetable on 18th May 2020 sees a number of Northern routes running additional key worker services following the changes to the COVID-19 lock down regulations and the increase in essential travel.

Everyone at Northern is working to provide the best possible rail service during this difficult time, but it is simply not possible to operate their usual timetable.

Where Northern are not able to run trains they will seek to provide rail replacement road transport.

Though Northern continues to run services, The Government is advising that, if possible, you should avoid non-essential public transport use and try to avoid rush hour, varying your usual travel times to prevent crowding and if possible, work from home.

If you are showing any Corona virus symptoms, however mild, you should self-isolate along with other members of your household. The latest Public Health England advice is available here.

Northern will continue to do all we can and hope you will also continue to play your part when travelling on Northern services.
