A number of towns, villages and friends of stations groups that have connections with Community Rail Lancashire have been successful at the recent North West in Bloom Awards Ceremony.
The ceremony on Friday 2nd November in Southport saw Ansdell, Blackburn, Colne, Croston, Kirkham, Lytham and Whalley all win at least one award.
North West in Bloom

- Biodiversity Award (Large) – Colne in Bloom (Winner)

- Best Large Coastal Resort – St. Annes in Bloom (Gold Medal and Winner)
