Due to the ongoing Great North Rail Project (Preston to Blackpool Upgrade) the lines from Preston to Blackpool South and Blackpool North will be closed between 11 November 2017 and 28 January 2018.
Between Monday 29 January 2018 and Sunday 25 March 2018 the railway between Preston and Blackpool South will reopen but the railway between Kirkham & Wesham and Blackpool North will remain closed.

All services that normally operate to either Blackpool South or Blackpool North will terminate at Preston with onward rail replacement bus services. The full replacement bus timetable can be downloaded here: Preston-Blackpool-TT-13-mk2.
