Community Rail Lancashire’s autism-friendly resources have been delivered, and are ready to be used following the launch on Tuesday 30th July 2019! Find out what’s on offer in the video below:
The resources on offer aim to make it easier for autistic adults, young adults and children to use the line, and subject to availability, can be found at the staffed stations along the line from Manchester Victoria, through Todmorden, into Blackburn.
They include ear defenders and sunglasses for anyone who has a sensory need, a line guide featuring information and linked businesses for families travelling by train and booklets for younger adults and children.
